"Before contacting Jenkins Plumbing, I was having no luck finding a contractor that works with my American Home shield insurance. After getting the approval to seek outside providers, Anthony the owner of Jenkins Plumbing was able to assess, provided paperwork to the insurance company, and finish the removal and replacement of my furnace all within a week. My furnaces was creating combustions that would shake the whole house. It was scary and winter was coming. Anthony provided me with a space heater that worked wonders. Through it all, his secretary Lorayne checked in on me and my family to make sure we had all the updates which provided us with much needed reassurance. No matter the time of day, weekends, nights, they were available. Our town inspector stopped by after the work was done and our new furnace installation passed with no issues. Thank you for your dedication and hard work."
